Veteran’s Day!
Veterans Day is a federal holiday in the United States observed annually on November 11th. It honors military veterans who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Originally known as Armistice Day, it commemorates the end of World War I, marked by the armistice signed on November 11, 1918. Unlike Memorial Day, which honors those who died in service, Veterans Day recognizes all who have served honorably in the military, thanking them for their dedication and sacrifice. It is a time for communities to express gratitude through ceremonies, parades, and educational events.
