We are participating with St Paul UM Church of Manchester. We will gather at St Paul for worship at 7:00 pm

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a season of reflection, repentance, and renewed devotion. Christians receive a cross of ashes on the forehead as a visible sign of humility and mortality, echoing the words, “Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return.” This simple act invites believers to turn back to God, confess sin, and commit to spiritual disciplines—prayer, fasting, and acts of mercy—leading toward the deeper remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and the hope of resurrection.
